How it all started

Exergy Development Group was founded in 2001 in Helena, Montana.  Grounded in the development of wind parks, we have grown to be one of the major independent renewable energy companies in the United States.  Since our founding, CEO James Carkulis has broken new ground with the way our wind parks are planned, situated and financed.  Exergy  is headquartered in Boise, Idaho, and we retain a corporate office in Helena, Montana.
